Make sure your peeler is sharp. Turn it around and peel it from every side until you reach the stem. ALSO USED IN THIS VIDEO:' 1-2 tbsps raw, organic tahini to taste raw coconut vinegar to taste organic scallions to taste Whole Foods Brand Organic Shawarma Seasoning ADDITIONAL INGREDIENT OPTIONS: to taste organic, ground cumin to taste organic cilantro to taste fresh organic lemon juice to taste organic black pepper to taste organic, ground coriander to taste organic, ground bay leaf to taste organic, ground black pepper to taste organic onion poweder to taste organic garlic powder These are optional ingredients and I never use all of them at once.
