A quick review of the Baron Fig Vanguard Apprentice notebook, particularly the Explorer limited edition model. This is a paper notebook with a dot grid pattern on the pages available from https://www.baronfig.com. This notebook is an alternative to a Field Notes notebook, and I actually prefer it. 

If you watch to the second half of the video I measured the paper thickess, which might be of interest to some more detailed-oriented watchers.
