Krista and Shannon hosted a fun run and walk in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association on November 15, 2009 @ 9:30 AM; Fish Hatchery Park (by Cascades Spa). The event included 3km, 5km & 10 km running AND walking events. Leaving Fish Hatchery Park turn left on Shore Drive. Turn left up Wardour and then right onto Dartmouth Road. Continue uphill to Golf links. Continue down Golf Links to the bottom of the hill and cross Shore Drive to the short Cul de Sac. Turn around at the end of the Cul de Sac and then turn left back onto Shore Drive. Continue to the flat end of Shore Drive turning around at the boat yard (before you hit the path heading down to the waterfront).
