Use Grab and Throw to your advantage and knock as many enemies of their feet as possible. Try to get the Armadillo's first so they don't roll you over. The flying Chupacabra's can get dangerous if you let all 4 spawn. Get one quick and throw him into his buddy to finish them on the ground. After that you should have your 120 Combo and only have to survive the last enemies.
