An awesome color morphed stripped skunk passed by our cameras. Every skunk (believe me - a lot) have had the tall-tale two stripe pattern. This one has a very distinct spotted pattern along its side. At first we were TOO excited thinking it might be a true spotted skunk, but color photos and this video confirm the size to be that of the stripped variety. Still very awesome to catch! Griffith Park in Los Angeles has lots of secrets still.
