Radio Control Airplane Event- Triple Creek RC Club and the Florida Freestyle Aerobatic Association annual TC3D (Triple Creek Extreme 3D) event.

Triple Creek RC Club and the Florida Freestyle Aerobatic Association hosted the first annual TC3D (Triple Creek Extreme 3D) event. The event was the second of its kind for the FFAA. The first one was held in my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida in February, and it might be the understatement of the year to say it was a great success. The Florida Extreme 3D (FX3D) event in Jacksonville set the bar high, so it was up to the Triple Creek club to step up and meet the challenge.

Much of the flying over the weekend was of the caliber you would expect at a noon time demo at any other event. Chris Hinson was showing off with the massive 110' Yak powered by a Desert Aircraft DA-85. You couldn't do anything but stop at watch while this plane was in the air, it commanded that much attention. Chris also brought along one of his 88' Extra 300s powered by a DA-50. Chris, and fellow Team Extreme pilot, Rennie Ladines, put on quite a show with the Extras.
