SAP discloses its SA business dealings to U. S. authorities amid Gupta leaks

German software company, SAP has voluntarily disclosed the situation in its South Africa business to U.S. authorities responsible for enforcing the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The company also revealed that they have paid commissions to entities currently understood to be Gupta-related totaling more than R100 million.
