"Idaho makes wine??" was my first response when I visited Boise, Idaho last month and was invited to tour two vineyards: Ste.Chapelle and Koenig Vineyards.

Sure enough, I hopped in a car with my fellow food-lover friends (and awesome creators) Molly Yeh and Matt & Beau of Probably This to explore what Idaho offers as far as wine goes.

We had such a fun day! The weather was beautiful, the scenery was outstanding, and the wine was SO good! We got to see how it's made and taste it at all different stages of the production process.
