In the last two years, Aid to the Church in Need’s Italian branch has promoted a campaign to raise awareness to their suffering, and invite assistance. They’re illuminating major monuments in the color red. On November the 19th, they again stepped onto the frontlines, advocating for Asia Bibi and other persecuted Christian women... this time by bathing the city of Venice in red light.

In November, around two hundred lieutenants of the order of the Holy Sepulcher met with the Successor of Peter, confirmed their loyalty to the Pope and were confirmed in their mission.

Pope Francis, in the 3rd International Meeting of Choirs in the Paul VI Hall in the Vatican, said that music is "truly an instrument of evangelization, which touches people’s hearts, and allows the faithful to perceive the beauty of Paradise.”
