COD WAW - never did that but this config could help - https://www.dropbox.com/s/d2cb8xw5cswys5l/green.cfg?dl=0 (for people who dont know how to use it - place it in "main" folder, then go to game, do /Devmap mp_mapname and then type /exec green it turns everything into green and only leaves gun (you just have to type cg_Draw2d 0 to remove HUD)...it also works on COD4 and on MW2 if you have green sky (if you dont it will remove whole map but default sky will stay so its useles)...maybe it works on other COD but I have never tried it, I only used it for COD4 and MW2
