Sold my Hv20 camcorder gear and picked up a 550D slr tonight. Did a quick test with my shiba inu to check quality of video footage.

Low light setting test using a Tamron 17-50 2.8 lense.
shot at 1080p 24 but converted to 720p in after effects.

so glad that i dont have to worry 24f pull-down like with the HV20.

will probably try shooting some daytime stuff over the weekend.

still learning about dslr's so please excuse the noob-ness
