A Google Sheets online spreadsheet is one of the best ways to manage large amounts of data with a widely distributed audience – AND widely distributed editors as well. One organization of which I am a member used one of these documents to manage the membership of a group, with editors in Connecticut, Mississippi, and Toronto all editing the document at the same time.
