"The Raver Stories Project" is an upcoming new book about the most memorable and amazing moments experienced by the people who make up the rave scene - the people on the dance floor! It's the first book written by the ravers, DJs and promoters themselves, telling the stories of how the electronic music world has changed their lives in significant and often profound ways. The experiences encompass nearly thirty years of raving history, beginning with the original U.K. Acid House explosion in the late 80s, and concluding with massive festivals like the world-famous Electric Daisy Carnival. In between, the stories run the gamut--from Burning Man in the Nevada desert, to the VIP lounge in Ministry Of Sound in London, to the underground world of Southern California warehouse parties. Through it all, the authors reveal why the rave scene means so much to them, and why most of them keep returning to it again and again. It's an important era in pop culture that's been neglected by the mainstream media for far too long.

"The Raver Stories Project" has kicked off an IndieGogo campaign, to help fund the initial printing of the book. In this campaign, you can reserve your own copy of the book with a very small and reasonable donation. There are also many other goodies that contributors can reward themselves with, too! So please, click the following link to the IndieGogo campaign, and do your bit to help this fantastic book see the light of day!
