Prior to three games in the D.C. area this weekend, Bull Bullard took his basketball skills around Washington D.C. in unique style on Tuesday -- riding a Segway and spinning basketballs at the city's most famous landmarks. Bull surprised a group of tourists who will join him on the tour, which stopped by The White House, Washington Monument, the U.S. Capitol, and Lincoln Memorial.
