Let it fry for 2min,add clean ed mutton and close the lid and cook 2min, cocked mutton,and add 3teaspoons chilies powder,2 teaspoons salt, and mix , 2cups water add the close 5 to 6 whistles, let the cooker cool down and open the lid,cook till the gravy becomes thickness.
