Caitlyn Carman, 19, was killed when Mark Begeman, 53, slammed into the back of her car at 63mph without braking as she drove her ten-year-old half brother home in South Dakota. Caitlyn's Honda CR-V was pushed into the path of an oncoming semi-truck which struck her, killing her instantly. Despite being found guilty of careless driving, Begeman was let off with just a $120 fine, which Caitlyn's mom Barb Olson (pictured) called a 'slap in the face'.
