April 21 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Mark Barton reports on the reopening of U.K. airports after new rules were agreed for flying in the remnants of the cloud of Icelandic volcanic ash.
Airspace restrictions began easing at 9:34 p.m. yesterday, Britains National Air Traffic Services Ltd. said. Air-traffic control service resumed except for an area in northwest Scotland where a dense concentration of ash persisted, NATS said.
