In fast and high pressure working days doctors see many patients. An exeption on the routine is hardly noticed. A single mistake in health care could have dreadful effects. If doctors would know more about cognitive errors, working processes might be designed differently. How can knowlegde about cognitive error make health care safer? And how can we apply this knowledge in public health? Karine is public health physician, chair of multiple committees related to (public) health, medical leadership and education and finishing a PhD on medieval medicine. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
