London believes Moscow was behind the attempted murder. On Wednesday British Prime Minister Theresa May announced the decision to expel 23 Russian diplomats. It's the UK's biggest expulsion since the Cold War. Washington supports London's decision, saying it believes Russia is responsible for the attack using -quote- "military grade nerve agent."
