Create a Single Image Triptych in GIMP - a reusable template overlay for your photos.

Learn how to make a template overlay image in GIMP including creating a filled layer of a specific size. See how to create guides for lining up content on layers and how to flatten layers and create a mask from layer content.

To prepare the image you will resize it and crop it to size and then add the overlay to it so the final result is a single image triptych or what looks like being three parts of the one image arranged nearly side by side.
