Industrialisation key to economic growth in Africa: Elumelu

Industrialisation, added value and building proper infrastructure are key to putting Africa's economy on a sustainable growth path. That's according to the founder of the Toni Elumelu foundation, Toni Elumelu. He says the answer to the continent's socio economic challenges lies in empowering small businesses. Elumelu says political stability and policy certainty are important as small businesses are fragile to any shocks. SABC News reporter Glorious Sefako-Musi spoke to him in Lagos, Nigeria.
