Taking inspiration from the immortal PixxyLixx, here are my guitars that found there way into my home this year. It is an embarrassment of guitars... but I feel I should try and justify it somehow. When I quit smoking 3 years ago my wife let me keep my smoking budget ($300 a month or so) and blow it on whatever one thing I wanted... so voila. I have a pile of guitars. AND a lower risk of lung cancer. AND AND a lower risk of my wife shooting me for smelling like carcinogens. All very happy things. I am blessed!

We did have to say goodbye to some gear this year. So long dear old PRS SE Santana 2.0, you'll be missed. American Standard Stratocaster.. it wasn't you, it was me... well it was your rosewood fretboard. Sorry Chief! Fender Super Champ XD, you shoot far above your weight class my friend. Purple Haze parts caster you were the hardest to see go... you came together so effortlessly. Enjoy your time in the Malone household!

Most of all, thanks to all of you on Youtube! I've spent an embarrassing amount of time watching Youtube videos, commenting and replying to comments and generally just enjoying myself. May you and yours have a happy, healthy and safe new year!
