Cold Blood by Paxanga is a challenging, unconventional, Pac Man clone for the MSX with Metal Gear influences.
You can download the demo from: http://paxangasoft.webcindario.com/cblood.htm and purchase the original cartridge from the MSX Cartridge Shop at http://www.msxcartridgeshop.com/

As you can see in the video, I kinda suck at the game and got caught off-guard by the different random power-ups! So far I've spotted:
 * Freeze ➝ freezes ghosts
 * Killer ➝ old-skool pacman power-up, eat those bloody ghosts! ("They're low on calories" ;-))
 * Cammo ➝ Hides you on the screen (making it horribly hard to find your way!)
 * Blind ➝ Hides the ghosts! (So they can sneak up on you and ice you without being noticed!)

Sound effects are rather boring and sometimes keyboard response wasn't working completely for me, but it's an intriguing game.
