Shawarma is a very popular Arabian Food made with Chicken or Beef meat. Meat is roasted in a vertical spit for long times with flame used by Gas or Electric Heater. Then meat is shaved off with a large knife, collected in a tray. It served with special type of bread or pita and salads (often cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce are used).
