The Federal Communications Commission has voted to end net neutrality.
     
The 5-member commission's vote on Thursday split along party lines, with the two Democrats voting to maintain net neutrality.  The FCC's decision ends rules put in place during the Obama administraiton to ensure equal access to the internet's content.
