Hi Everyone! So heres my first proper 'Fitness' video. I'm still very new to all of this but i want to include fitness on my channel as i want my channel to be about everything i enjoy/ my life. To start things off i wanted to explain IIFYM (as best i could!), tell you a bit about my workout split at the gym, and show you a weekend full of eating so you can see how macros work. At the time of filming this i was eating 1850 calories a day, but i now eat 2000 calories per day. I am currently 'bulking' as i am trying to put on muscle mass and make the most of 'newbie gains'. After maybe 3-6 months i will most likely either cut or go back to my maintenance calories depending on how i look and feel. I am currently upping my calories by 50 each week providing my weight keeps staying the same. If my weight increases as it should with a calorie surplus, then i will keep the calories the same until it stops going up. Hopefully this makes sense!
