The UN Convention on the Rights of the Child states adoption as a priority for the child's well being. On September 30th, Ukraine will mark the annual Adoption Day. Ukraine's Ministry of Social Policy launched an initiative on September 28 to raise awareness on this issue, which has even become more significant since the beginning of the war in Donbas.
