A private equity firm along with a GM unit reached an agreement to finally allow Delphi to emerge from bankruptcy. GM announced a memorandum of understanding to sell Hummer to an undisclosed buyer. Ford is planning on boosting production by 10 percent. All that and more, plus a look at the methane-powered Fiat Grande Punto.
