Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Rick Sharga, senior vice president at RealtyTrac Inc., discusses the outlook for the U.S. housing market and home foreclosure filings.
The number of U.S. homes receiving a foreclosure filing will climb about 20 percent in 2011, reaching a peak for the housing crisis, as unemployment remains high and banks resume seizures after a slowdown, according to RealtyTrac.
