NCC, RendezVous have agreement in principle on LeBreton Flats

The NCC confirmed on Thursday it reached an agreement in principle with RendezVous LeBreton Group to transfer public land for the purpose of building an NHL arena and mixed-use development just west of downtown Ottawa.
