Hien is a human who was turned into the "Vile God" by the Fate Awakening Crystal in the Netherworld. His goals are to heighten his own power, and face those who are even more powerful than he is in fair-and-square fights. In battle, he only uses his devil powers, which surpass all high ranking devils, and even surpass well beyond the power of Shin, who holds the same powers as God. As an important part of the Netherworld's military industrial complex, he stands against Shin and the others.
