Hey guys welcome back from the holidays, I'm so glad to be back and i’m ready to get back to it and finish the year off on a good note. Today I wanted to go over something I get asked all the time by new real estate investors and that is which one is better? Wholesaling or Rehabbing? Which one is more fun? Which one is more profitable and which one should I practice on if i’m new to the business?

I honestly think it depends on the deal. in some cases it wholesaling a house is a better but in some cases rehabbing could WAY more profitable. So I guess my answer would be that wholesaling will introduce you to the real estate world and once you have that down you should educate yourself on how to rehab houses. Its just one more tool in your belt that can make you a lot of money

Rehabbing can be very overwhelming. You need to know how to analyze the deals and buy the right property. You need to know how to find it and fund it using creative strategies. 

There's a ton of moving pieces and some new real estate investors get overwhelmed and quit. In all reality you just need to educate yourself a little more. 

Once you figure out how to actually rehab houses and find creative ways to fund them you start to realize that it’s not so scary. It all snowballs because after awhile you gain a good track record and it all gets easier.
