Plain and simple, this is just a record of Roseton Detector on the Conrail River Line calling for CSX Train Q409.  Like most of the old Conrail detectors, this one has had the word "Conrail" removed from the announcement.  "Roseton, New York....no defects.  Total axle count: four eight six.
