What is happening to this Star??

On the last video I got a bunch of thumbs down but no explanation as to why. What is causing this star to do this? What are the apparent water bubbles that travel through the star? this is not a reflection or a glare from my eye. I understand the camera shake (i'm at 1200mm handheld on an airplane) but try and focus on the star.
