In this part, we complete Stage 3-2, another pretty short stage. This stage contains many odd, plant-like things throughout the stage that can damage Pit when he touches them. There is another room for training, but as we already have all three Enchanted Weapons, I left it. The platforming here is slightly easier than the platforming in Stage 3-1. This stage contains Shemum, Reapers, Reapettes, Komaytos, Holers, Monoliths and Octos.

We encounter a few new enemies in this stage:

Komayto: Do these things look familiar? Komaytos are based on the Metroids from the Metroid series. Unlike those, Komaytos do not absorb your life. Instead, they come in four (like Monoeyes) and try to swoop into Pit. They are generally pretty easy to kill.

Octos: These act a lot like Commylooses from the Underworld, only these are less annoying. They come in four and jump up, attempting to hit Pit. If you need 999 Hearts for the best ending, these guys will help you out a lot, as they drop a Big Heart, giving you 10 Hearts each.
