Gag order all of the Senators and Reps and lock the doors until they solve it. No more horrible rude and wrong grandstanding by those like Harry Reed and Barney Frank. And they call that working for bipartisan work.  Since when do they decide which sitting senators etc. should be there, if this crisis is that big, they should all be there, since it is their jobs!
