A section of Members of Parliament opposed to the removal of the presidential age limit have returned the 29 million shillings given to each of them for consultations. At the start of this week, Parliament released Sh13bn in total to all legislators to consult their constituents on the controversial constitution amendment bill moved by a private member Igara West MP Raphael Magyezi. The legislators claim the money has not been released in good faith as Amelia Martha Nakitimbo reports.
