Okay, so this is my entry for the third round of BOIT. We had to take two characters and switch their roles, which let me tell you was not easy. I'm still not sure if I really like the outcome, and I hate how much I had to cut this song but I barely finished as it is. Anyways, I chose to switch the Reese brothers, so Derek was the one to go back and protect Sarah while Kyle got to play the uncle. Original Story: Kyle goes back in time by John Connor to protect Sarah Connor from being killed by a terminator that was also sent back from the future. He fathers John and then is killed by the machine. In the future, Derek and Kyle are separated and not knowing what happened to his brother, Derek agrees to go back in time where he meets up with the Connors. He eventually figures out he is John's Uncle The Switch: - :29=Derek was the one sent back, is killed, and is John's father. Basically same plot as The Terminator but with Derek instead of Kyle. :30-:43= Derek and Kyle are separated after a mission. Kyle goes back to the bunker to find nothing left of Derek but the burnt remains of the picture of Sarah he carries. Kyle goes back in time to help John Connor. :44-:51=Kyle meets up with the Connors and finds out his brother was killed protecting Sarah. :51-:57=While watching Cameron dance, Kyle is reminded of how she tortured him in the future. :57-1:07=Kyle figures out he is John's uncle and takes him to the park to see a younger version of his father. Props to you if you read all that lol And on an unrelated note, Dear Youtube, Stop changing the damn layout! Seriously, does anyone else think this new setup is just annoying and generally not good?
