Unit doesn't respond to any input except going in and out of stealth mode. Tank on or off doesn't make any difference. Hitting reset button has no effect (the unit appears to reset but goes right back to where it started). Attempt to upgrade firmware results in error message "Unit is in error". Had unit for a few weeks now, seems to have happened when I was cleaning gunk that builds around the control wheel... Was only using dry Kleenex... I'm afraid she just bricked on me :(
