The students and parents were seen queuing up in front of the Banashankari Zilla Panchayat Office. This is been a regular sight from the past month as the parents and students are queuing up to get their income and caste certificates. residents complain that there is only one Taluk office for three Vidhana Sabha constituencies and there is only one computer at this office and it has a slow server. Residents complin that tomorrow is the last day to submit the application for scholarship. But the office is able to clear only 100 students’ income & caste certificates per day. Hundreds of students and people are lining in front of the office. Brokers present at the office are demanding money from the parents to skip the line and the certificates faster.
