It is very difficult to make a good recording of a stalker once they are aware that you are using cameras and microphones.. then tactics change so that eg. verbal harassment only takes place when there is enough background noise, so I'm surprised to find this video clearly depicting coordinated attention given to the target. History has repeatedly proven the use of covert techniques used by the government and other organisations to harass and in other ways marginalise their targets, and history will eventually prove the coordinated activities you are seeing here. This kind of behaviour is disgusting and driven by fear, ignorance and sheer immorality and disregard. Please watch this video and remember that while it may be hard to believe in conspiracies, it is foolish to automatically assume that there are no conspiracies. Thank you.
