The P27-billion Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway, whose groundbreaking Thursday afternoon was attended by President Duterte, is the third bridge that will link mainland Cebu to the island of Mactan.

The eight-kilometer bridge to be named Cebu-Cordova Link Expressway (CCLEX) will serve as an alternate route in going to and from the Mactan Cebu International Airport.
