Hi there, Jess in the Rada Kitchen, thanks for joining us! Today were are going to whip up some scary skeleton chicken parm quesadillas. These ghoulish treats will wow your crowd at this season's Halloween party, and we're going to start with our chicken.

So here I have 2 chicken breasts that I have thinly sliced. We're going to put these in a 400 degree oven, but first we're going to add some olive oil and Italian seasoning, as well as garlic powder, a little bit of Rada Burger & Fry Seasoning, and some black pepper. Flip them over and do it again. And into our oven.

OK, so I have 2 cups of my favorite marinara sauce that we're just going to put into our pan. We're going to thicken this up with a tablespoon of tomato paste. This is going to be our delicious but gory element to our quesadilla. Then we'll season it up with some garlic powder, basil oregano, salt, and black pepper. And for a kick of spice some red pepper flake. And we'll let that simmer.

OK, so here we are going to stack two of the large burrito-sized flour tortillas. We're going to cut our skull out of this. So with our Rada Pizza Cutter, I'm just going to come down and cut out the cheek bones. And the other side. And then we're going to remove the bottom one and just on the top layer cut out some eyes. I'm going to do one a little bit bigger than the other. It doesn't have to be perfect. And then I'm going to do a smaller one. And then for our mouth. I'm going to come straight across and down. And we're going to leave just a little bit of that tortilla for our jagged teeth. There we go!

So we've let our chicken breast cool to room temperature. I'm going to come in with my Rada French Chef knife and do some thin slices. OK, so we are going to build our skull. I'm going to take the top layer off and get some of our sauce down. Be careful that you don't go all the way to the edges so it doesn't spill out everywhere. For our first layer of cheese we'll do some mozzarella. Then our chicken. And you can add spinach or pesto, any vegetables, really. Top that off with our Parmesan cheese blend. Little bit more. This is going to be the glue that holds it all together.

We are going to put our skull back on top. Make sure we can spread this around. This is just going to show us where we need to put our sauce. So trying not to spill this all over I'm going to fill in my eye. One more. And the mouth, which is going to be a little bit trickier, but it's alright if it doesn't stay within our borders. It's supposed to look gory. Then top it off with our black olives. And we are ready to put this in our oven at 400 degrees until our cheese melts. Into the oven for about 10 minutes.

So here about 10 minutes later we have out of the oven we have our scary chicken and Parmesan quesadilla. You can serve this with some homemade creamy ranch or some pesto dipping sauce, but it's great the way it is. Thanks so much for joining us today.
