Then Makes a Right Turn from the #1 lane in Front of the Vehicle in the #2 Lane. Then Proceeds to Follow/ Intimate me for over a Mile before he slowed down and made yet, another illegal U-Turn. I have ALWAYS Backed the Blue Line. But there is No Excuse for This kind of Driving. PERIOD.
