Dying light 60 FPS settings

Lots of people saying the game is poorly optimized, lots of kids on Steam forums with PC's about the same as mine and half the FPS.

I can record and stream ~45-60 fps constant (closer to 60 most of the time) with the following setup in game

High for all settings, 100 degree FOV and the draw distance at half. The DD makes less of an impact than you think on the actual distance things are drawn, at just over half you can still see for miles.
