*Special thanks to Has for getting me this bottle for my birthday* In this craft beer review - St. Bernardus Tripel Belgian Abbey Ale we're gonna be checking it all out! This beer was super tasty. Definitely smells a lot like a wine, but without the "Grapey" smell. Finish was good, some bitterness in the finish, and a touch of that alcohol at 8% ABV. At first when I poured my glass, I figured it was just a REALLY aggressive pour, but after pouring Lock's glass about as slow as I could, we just had to let that head settle... It poured a nice gold color, than turned to more of an orange color. Mouthfeel was great. All that yeast sediment floating around was really something interesting to see through the bottle, it's not like this stuff was just at the bottom, this stuff was throughout the entire beer. The very last sip from the bottom of the bottle could have been taken like a shot. It was very strong, and packed with goodies. The cork was a pain! This beer gets an "A". If you have a chance to try this one out, give it a shot. #beerreview #stbernardus #stbernardusreview
