Literally cannot describe how over the moon I am with this horse, he was AMAZING! After rattling a pole in the novice I was determined to go clear over the 115 course. We were both a little bit tired, and I realised between fences 11 and 12 that I wasn't riding particularly well, so upped my game and went for it - it worked, we landed a style score of 10 with only one time penalty to add, and we WON!! This is a huge achievement for us, the section had a lot of young and junior team riders, plus a lot of horses & riders have previously competed at 1*/intermediate - I'm still at humble pre-novice! It was an amazing feeling, but it was an HOUR wait to see if I would win, it nearly killed me! Thank you to you all who supported me on Twitter throughout the longest wait of my life (find me on Twitter, @TorHeardEventin), the support I received that afternoon was incredible! Much love for the fabulous Dino! Read more at http://www.torheardeventing.co.uk/blog.html Thanks for watching, feel free to comment!
