Vigilance Department has forwarded the complaint against Urban Development Minister Milind Naik related with alleged illegal government land grab case to Anti Corruption Branch. But, FIR does not seem any time soon in this matter, as Chief Vigilance Officer has to approve to register FIR. President of Goa Pradesh Youth Congress Committee Varad Mardolkar on 26th December had lodged his complaint with Director of Vigilance Department against UD Minister Milind Naik and his brother Umesh Naik. The complainant has alleged that Naik brothers are making illegal construction of government land at Mormugao. Prudent has learnt that Vigilance Department has forwarded the complaint to Anti Corruption Branch. ACB has marked a DySP to pursue of this matter.
