I called this elevator scary in the description of another elevator at this parking garage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51NlFP_5334), because of an incident described therein. This time, everything was normal, so my guess is that last time, it was simply overloaded which made the logic going crazy. The floor labeling is wishful thinking, because the top floor is called "14", while it is really only the eighth floor; this is due to the car park having half floors.
