Terror Report Expects WMD Attack Soon

A Congressional report on the threat of terror attacks over the next five years has been released. It says there is a better-than-even chance that a major city in the United States or elsewhere could be targeted by a Weapon of Mass Destruction, or WMD, and that it could cause significant casualties. The report calls for heightened international vigilance and stronger multi-national controls on weapons and proliferation. VOA's Jeffrey Young reports.
